It is vital to American national security and to the liberties of our citizens that we retain the commanding heights of technological innovation in this century. I am honored to be part of the effort by the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue University to study how we can use diplomacy to preserve the country’s technological edge in an era of great-power competition.
