Prof. Clara Volintiru is the Regional Director for the Black Sea of the German Marshall Fund of the United States. She previously was the Director of the New Economy and Society Program at the Aspen Institute Romania, and has been a consultant for the World Bank, the European Commission, the European Committee of the Regions and the OECD.
The Black Sea Region is a pivotal point for European security and connectivity and will require a systematic engagement in promoting trusted technology transfers and allied competitiveness.
