Founder Professor-in-Charge, Technology Innovation Hub, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India.

Leena Vachhani is a Full Professor at the Center for Systems and Control Engineering, IIT Bombay, Mumbai. Her research focuses on autonomous motion planning and control, multi-agent mapping, exploration, and coverage. She received the Young Scientist Award in 2013 for her contributions to the field.

She has played a pivotal role in the development of technologies for autonomous mobile, aerial and underwater vehicles and their interconnected systems. As the founding Professor-in-Charge of the Technology Innovation Hub (TIH), she has been instrumental in driving innovation and facilitating the commercialization of emerging technologies. The TIH works closely with policy makers to establish trusting requirements for products and sources.

Tech diplomacy is key to accelerating innovation in global markets. Congratulations to the Krach Institute on its initiatives! I am delighted to join the Advisory Council to bring in the perspective of innovators.
