Silicon Valley once again finds itself in a 'gold rush' moment -- with advances in AI and machine learning capturing the attention and imagination of some of the brightest minds in our industry. In the right hands, this innovation represents so much potential for the benefit of humankind. In the wrong hands, these models can be tuned for nefarious means that threaten the freedoms and prosperity of civilization across the globe. I'm thrilled to have been invited to lend my voice to the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy in order to play a small role in unlocking the potential and protecting against the abuse of the next generation of innovation in technology.
