The bedrock of freedom and democracy is truth, free speech and transparency. I am proud to work with the Krach Institute to advance the values of democracy through effectively communicating the realities of technology, energy and climate change. Communist, socialist and authoritarian states undermine democracy and individual rights and freedoms. The national security interests of the United States and like minded democracies are impaired if the disinformation and propaganda of such authoritarian regimes is not exposed.
