Expert panelists will examine the existing US regulatory landscape as it applies to commercial and financial engagement with China and Russia, as well as on the Russia-China nexus and the manner in which engagement with one economy can therefore create exposure to regulations targeting the other.
Case Study 1 – Sino-Russian Drone Cooperation
Nathan Picarsic will present on drone cooperation (e.g., sales, technological cooperation) as a case study demonstrating the military-relevant ties between Russia and China and on implications for compliance risk that result.
