No, it's always important to show vulnerability. People want their leaders to be human beings, and a key part of being human is to also talk about times where you failed or times that you're struggling, or what you're anxious about. I think it's really important because to be able to share that, others are more willing to be able to share their vulnerabilities and it makes us better because often, the things that you miss that weren't said that caused issues, so the more that everyone feels truly comfortable to be who they are, I think the better we get from the entire team including me.
