Tapping into Diverse Talent

I want to move on and talk about diversity. You’ve talked about how the death of George Floyd was really a catalyst at VSP for critical conversations about diversity and inclusion. What actions have you taken – or are taking – to build a sense of belonging among all your employees of the company?

Yeah, I think having inclusion and equity is so important and making certain that there are actions taken that really directly support that. And so some of the things really important to me, making certain that there’s professional development that’s equitable across the organization and team, and making certain that we are really tapping into our diversity of talent within our organization.
