So, it's risk-taking. Doing things. I mean, so I left an operating job to start an entire new path for my career in board work. And so I accepted board seats. I'm on a board of a company that has a physical product. And I was talking to the CEO through the interview process and he said something about supply chain. He said, it'll be great because you can help us with supply chain. And I said I have never actually worked for a company that has a product you can touch, I do not understand supply chain. I've never worked with supply chain. But it was like I confidently talked about what I didn't know. It was like I had the courage to admit that no, I'm not going to help you with supply chain. I was confident that my other skills were going to be enough and I didn't need to have the supply chain background.

But so I'm doing new things. I'm working with companies where there's a big part of that business that I don't know. So again, ties back to learning and having a constant growth mindset. I wanted to learn about these things I didn't want to go to my grave going. I've never worked with a company that has a product I can touch. I wanted to say, look and this particular product, the company is CalAmp. It's a sensor. And so the reason UPS, you know where your UPS truck is and where your package is, is because of the sensors that CalAmp has in every single UPS truck. So all sorts of really amazing things that are very important in our day-to-day lives are as a result of this company and this company's products. So, I'm taking a risk in a whole new career path and learning things from that perspective. So, it's I think staying curious and open and trying new things and recognizing that I'm going to make some mistakes along the way, and that's just going to continue helping me grow and learn.
