For yourself, if you had to select one quality to develop as a leader, what would that be?

So, I've already said it, I would say courage. I think you have to have courage to be a leader because you will be in an endless numbers of situations that don't feel comfortable, that don't feel easy and you have to do whatever that thing is. And so having the confidence in yourself and the courage to do what you need to do is I think just so critical. I added the word confidence there. There's a book that was written The Confidence Code, particularly speaking to women, and they've written a teen version, Katty Kay. And it's the one thing that women can control. We have all sorts of structural inequalities or a lot of challenges, but the one thing as a woman, it's a hundred percent in your control and it makes a big difference in terms of being successful, is that confidence. And so I think confidence and courage kind of go hand in hand because the confidence gives you courage or the courage gives you confidence. They both lean on each other really hard. So, I'd say that the combination of both are those qualities that every leader really needs to have.
