Thuy

Do you have a personal playbook around your mission, your vision, strategy, goals, etc? And if so, what is your process in developing that playbook?

Yeah, I mean, I think I do. I've always tried to focus on baselining where I am benchmarking to try to understand where I want to go, measure it, create feedback mechanisms, and then recognize. So baseline, benchmark, measure, feedback, recognize that's kind of my process. And it's kind of a simple rule of thumb of mine on how I go about it. I understand where, understand where I want to be putting mechanisms in place to track it and then have a continual feedback loop and then never forget the recognition and the celebration component.
