Would you say that building trust is one of the most critical components to your success as a leader?

Yeah, I think building trust and then having it grounded and kind of being the most authentic you. We all spend our lives trying to make sure that we’re fulfilled. And a lot of that comes from being comfortable in your own skin and with who you are. And I think that's a lifelong journey for everybody. We think that leaders have that nailed down in their twenties. But really I think it's part of that lifelong learning and that lifelong learning has to happen because the external world changes. So you have to change with it. So, building that trust starts with yourself and in your own heart, in your own skin.
