Tell me about somebody who mentored you. What did you learn? And, how did they do it? Because you've had a lot of great mentors.

Kim Hammonds

I feel super lucky to have been around people that I can really respect and really look up to. And there have been loads of people that have helped me both, I say quietly, and maybe not so quietly. So Jim McNerney from the Boeing Company, who was the chairman and CEO when I was there. He's definitely, I would watch him in meetings, and, I would walk out with 10 things that I'd learned every single time. His curiosity, he always made you feel like he cared about you. Another one is Meg Whitman. So I'd say she's an iconic female leader that I've always looked up to

And she's super thoughtful. She would always do what she says she's gonna do, always. Which is another reinforcing learning that I learned. I take Ginni Rometty as another iconic female tech executive that I've looked up to for years. Just presence and humility, and smart, and, just has her act together. - All these women are very disciplined, they follow up right away. But they they also, I call it charisma, they make you feel like you're the only one in the room.
