As you start Acrew, I would imagine you're giving a lot of thought about the culture you want to build. Could you describe that culture to me, and how important do you think that will be to the firm's success?

We believe, I believe that it's critical to our success, it's been critical to date, and I think it will help us carry forward. It's not just a name our very first tenet is we believe in the power of teams who are trying to do big things and we seek to find those people and back them. And we ourselves operate as a team. Everybody has a say in every investment decision. Everybody has to agree to an investment. And we think that's very powerful. So we do believe that that is important and is a competitive differentiator for us because not all places operate in that same tight collaboration mode. So we feel from talking to our entrepreneurs that we backed before at Aspect and now carry forward into Acrew. They really see that difference and they appreciate that. So they know that, you know, it might be Theresia, might be Lauren, might be Mark or Vishal who is actually leading the investment and on their board. But if there's a question about go to market and product pricing, my partner Mark was an entrepreneur and ran a product for 15 years. They're not going to ask me, but they know they can reach out to Mark and get that information from him. Right. So I think that that is critically powerful and pretty differentiating.
