Do you find that goal setting can help build your resilience? In what ways can goal setting help you keep going in the face of adversity?

Yeah. By the way, goal setting is key, absolutely. And you know, when I think of goals, I'm an old football player, I'm thinking about like crossing that goal line. You start off at one end of the field and you're all the way down. And I always say I always look for people, when you're within the 10-yard line, it's a different game and a different skill set. Those last 10 yards are always the hardest, they take 90% of the work, even though you march the ball 90 yards down the field out of 100. Can you punch it in for the score? You know, you got to have a little bit of a killer instinct to get that ball across, because that's always the hardest part, and to complete the job, and to tie a bow around it. I just see so many people that just lack that drive. Maybe the goal doesn't mean enough to them or sometimes, you know, if you don't have a goal, where are you going? So I think it's important.
