We now live in an increasingly virtual environment. What special challenges would you say that poses to team effectiveness, and how are you tackling those challenges?

Sure. So for our team, we are family. We're very close to one another. We know each other personally and professionally. And so I think that the lack of human connectivity, it's so detrimental especially now, and that we're all grieving, right, we've all lost something, we've lost seeing our friends, we've lost seeing our coworkers. And so I think that what was so important early on in our lockdown days was having daily team meetings. We would just meet daily no matter what. Even if we didn't have an agenda, we would just say, "Hey, how's it going? How was your weekend?" checking in on each other, which just enabled by human connectivity that I feel like people are still missing.
