Let's go back to when you were starting your team. What qualities do you look for exactly and how did you inspire them to join your team?

Team is probably the most important factor of any leader or company success. And so I've been a student of team building for many years and I've been lucky enough to work at companies and with CEOs, whether or not it's Comcast or, I sit on the board of Adobe and I sit on the board of Clorox. I've had the good luck of working with CEOs who are masters at building best in class teams. I think you need to make sure, the first thing you need to do in building a team is to figure out, you know, what is that team? What is the makeup of that team? What kind of people do you need to be successful?

In my case, you need, yes, you need investors, but you also need back-office people. I have a wonderful CFO who keeps track of our every penny and all our returns and manages our data analysis and helps drive the strategy, our strategy, our investment strategy. You've got marketing people. You've got bus-dev people. So the first thing you need to do is to figure out what roles you need in order to create the best team. And then you go out and you look for the best people to sit in each seat.
