I think one of the important things to generate buy-in is not just saying the words, but having people really be able to see that come to life and we have so many different opportunities for people to see that. And a few examples, I think, for employees, one would be volunteering on our mobile clinics. So being able to go out to community events and actually see our purpose come to life firsthand, people getting eye exams at no cost, each of us getting to do a job that makes an impact. So that’s one example. I think the other example is to make certain people get connected to all parts of the business, because that’s part of understanding how we’re fulfilling our purpose and seeing not just their slice of it, but how it all fits together.
