I’m curious because I’m starting to read a lot about companies now where they put diversity as an actual performance metric. Is that something that you do at Juniper as well, that you have to meet certain diversity standards or numbers?

So, we do have internal targets for diversity. And it really comes down to what percentage of hires that we make will be diverse candidates. And also, we’ve set for ourselves a requirement that as we interview candidates, that at least there will be one diverse candidate as part of the interview process. Now, admittedly, we’ve sort of have a mixed track record across different teams within the company, but we are definitely making progress. And we’re going to continue to work hard at this until we get the results that we need.
