I believe that the world needs more transformational leaders than ever before and if you look at a transformational leader and you're a great example of one. Somebody who's not afraid to challenge the status quo and somebody who can inspire a shared vision. Tell me a little bit about transformations that you've been involved with?

I think the first thing about transformational leadership is you have to get so passion struck by something that you basically don't care about these other consequences such as failure or how you'll come across or how we're gonna raise the money or how I'm gonna be able to do all these things and so for me I just got I got passion struck years ago by this idea of voluntary national service because I just think it's the one idea that could most change the country for the better because all these young people would be doing so many things for the country will they themselves with having a transformational experience.
