I think when people think of Goodwill, they usually think about the collection and resale of used goods. But Goodwill is really about, so much more than that. For example, you have relationships with employers lots of them. And through those relationships, Goodwill has helped find work for hundreds of thousands of people who have trouble gaining or hanging on to a job. It's very inspirational work. And I'm wondering how do you go about inspiring others to have that sense of greater purpose to bring about positive social change?

Well, I think that when you, if you can put a little bit of thought into almost any organization, you can parse out elements of it that are really important. That can be very empowering for people. If a company's in a commodity business that you can feel like, oh, all I'm doing is working hard for this commodity, but there's still a team, as an individual, how you work and interact with your team members, if you're management, how do you work with your team? So how do you frame your work and in business model in a way that the team feels good about it and excited about it. And then how do you create a culture to, to align with that? So I think you can do it across a broad array of businesses. I was fortunate to be a part of two organizations and IB and Goodwill that whose focus with whose mission was quite inspirational and a strong belief in the power of work across the society. So I was fortunate to have that kind of mission and its purpose to be a part of. But I think you can in any organization you could work to make that happen in the not-for-profit or the for-profit sector.
