I think my team would, I hope my team would describe me as forward-thinking and empowering and collaborative. When we talked before, I described my leadership style as maternal and in thinking about it later, I think that's right. I think there is an analogy to how I parent whether or not it's a child or an executive on your team. You want to encourage and support growth.
