Yeah, now there are pros and cons, right? There are tradeoffs. Our plan, a couple of us are coming in one or two days a week and we're going to spread people out. And we're going to frankly rotate those days so that for people who are able to do that, so that when people are coming in, you're not seeing the same people. Right? And in Canada, that's probably going to be the new normal, right? Is we're going to have kind of two days in, three days out. People have slowly started to come in and what's been great is being in an office and that opportunity to really get that holistic view and that the after hour drinks and dinners and things like that, which…

Yeah, I mean, not just even mentorship, like you said, just the bonding process, the afterhours drinks, just the relationships that it takes to have team effectiveness.

Yeah, exactly. So that's why we feel pretty strongly that we do want people to come in ideally two days a week, because it gets some sense of connectivity. Because that's the challenge we have right now is just people don't feel as connected and that's just the reality. Right?
