I think that transformational leaders don't have to be visionaries, they don't have to see things clearly and lead people to the light. What they have to do is motivate people to understand we've gotta move, and we've got to move toward the light, and that means we'll have to search for it. We'll have to figure out the right way. But you're asking people to accept the risk, accept the uncertainty, accept the hard work of moving off the status quo. That's a huge challenge.
