In terms of feedback, what have you found to be the most effective tools or approaches for giving feedback to members of your team?

I think the Radical Candor Framework is something that is very effective and can be very hard to do. So, if you go through the, you know, you care deeply and you challenge directly those are the two axis we remind people all the time, it’s on all of our conference room walls, is something that we work on because in a caring culture, challenging directly, while it should be natural, isn’t always natural. And so it’s something that I think is super important.
