That's a big one.

That is a big one. They’re so convenient and it’s so easy, but it’s actually really quite hard to capture nuance. So, that one, to me, is a big one. I think the other is not prioritizing. So, when we have too many things that we’re trying to tackle at once, we don’t have the time to really kind of suss out and communicate about the problems or the projects that should be priorities.
So, I think a lot of it is being able to prioritize and focus on the things that really matter, that enables us to create the space and the time to really make sure that we’re communicating, thinking about all the angles and thinking about all of the stakeholders.
