Sometimes it’s when we fail that we learn the most, much more so than from success. Can you share with us the single biggest failure that you have had, that you later came to cherish, because it made you so much better?

Yeah, I mean, as a leader and a manager, like I was saying earlier, there have been failures in terms of how I go back to how I’ve developed the team. Should I have put in more, been more aware of the diversity on the team? Could I have sought out high potential who come from diverse backgrounds, to ensure that they could have grown and thrived on my team? So, those are some of the… for me, so I consider those failures.

Absolutely, absolutely. So, that to me, I’ve thought so much about this, what could I’ve done better here? And it’s my goal moving forward as a leader to do better here, to ensure that diversity is front and center.
