So now The RealReal has hundreds of employees and you're a publicly-traded company. How do you keep your team focused, inspired, and motivated as you are continuing to grow?

So we have thousands of employees now, not hundreds. We have thousands. This company isn't about me anymore. It ceased to be about me a long time ago. It really is about the leadership team. It's the executives, the directors, the frontline managers. And I mean, honestly, they're great. So I set the direction. I try to help make, I mean, I definitely make sure that we have an equitable company. I certainly hire my executives, but I'm trying to hire executives that I believe are going to be great leaders underneath me, and it mostly works. It's not easy when you grow fast and you go from the first year, we had 11 people the next year after that, I think we had 200. And now we have, we brought back most of the people that we laid off or furloughed for COVID. So most of them are back. So I think we're getting close to 2000 employees again. And certainly, it gets harder, and you can certainly tell when leadership and remote leadership isn't working because people aren't happy. And then you have to use things, especially when you're, now we're working from home where we're distributed workforce. So we use surveying. We spend extra time talking to people. I would say I take it very seriously, and so do the leaders and if you don't take it seriously, it shows up. It shows up in productivity and attitude and it certainly shows up in engagement surveys.
