Yeah, I love, I mean, it really centers on diversity, so we bring people with different backgrounds, different experience sets, different thinking onto the team and we really put them through this high-performance team framework where we really focus on building passionate relationships, we train people on how to get feedback in the moment real-time so we get the best out of each person, and we really makes you're that people are invested in each other in this mutual accountability and that framework has served us really well to bring all sorts of different people into the company and have them thrive.
