Do you see leadership changing as we move into the future, and in what way?

Well, I think that in healthcare, the world that we're in is going to change. I think the way medicine is delivered will change. That will mean two decades from now, I'm sure companies that are bringing new products to market are going to be addressing the market in different ways. There's going to be different ways of communicating with patients. As all of that environment around us changes, then yeah, there will be new ways that will have to emerge navigating through that. Fundamentals won't change. We'll probably be living more in a world of virtual leadership. I don't see things going back to the way they were pre-COVID. Some of that's good news. We often talk to our investors about how will there ever be a time where we actually all show up for an investor conference again. I think in some respects, we do miss that face-to-face, but some fundamentals of a job of a CEO and CFO in that regard has completely changed, and I don't see it all going back. So that gives us more free time, use more of that free time to try to think and be creative. We all evolve with the environment around us.
