Always be selling right you're selling investors you're selling future employees you're selling current employees you're selling customers you're selling non profits I'm you're always selling and I'd really selling is still a word that makes me cringe a little bit because I think it's it's more like galvanizing activating empowering you know inspiring because again this is not, umm.
