When it comes to building your organizations, what kind of culture do you try to instill? Are there secrets that you can share with us about building high-performance teams?

I mean, I think it's kind of all of the basics, you never want people to say, "Well, that's not my job." You want people to be owning it, right? And that's actually a core value we have at Ripple, we have owning that this is all of our jobs, right? Taking responsibility, working well together as a team, you're not, there's politics in every organization, so that's just the truth, right? But as much as you can, trying to build a collaborative team, that's why equity is so important, right? People aren't fighting over commissions, they are working for the same equity. Again, that doesn't always work, but it's a good model, but also then trying to make sure that everybody understands that, right? People that can't fit into that, they're just not the right people for these kinds of startups.
