I think its always good to keep challenging yourself facing new things and lately I've been working with an executive coach, Carol Sasaki. It's been so helpful because I think, you get into the daily grind of everything and you start doing things the same. And you start getting comfortable with the way you're doing it. And it might not necessarily be the most effective way of doing things kind of as the figure head and as the founder of the Always Dream Foundation I've really needed to step up my leadership ability. We're taking the organization to a whole other level and I needed to lead it in that direction. It's been amazing, it's really opened my eyes up to a lot of things and I think Carol and I, were a lot a like growing up. That introverted, very shy, kind of social anxiety type of person and I always find myself in situations like that still, but she's really helped me to be a better communicator give validation to some of the things I'm doing 'cause I think a lot of times I don't feel like I want to brag or talk about the foundation and the work. And give it the merit that it has and just downplay it. And she's like no. This is a huge growth period and it's the time to really give it the merit that it of the work you're doing. I'm learning how to do it now.
