You’ve been at Poshmark for more than a decade since its early days as a start-up. You’re now a public company. What are you most proud of during that period of growth for your company?

What’s been one of our remarkable achievements as a company that not a lot of people know about is that we have had people on our team who’ve been on this journey with us for a very long time. I’m one of them, right? I did not think I’d ever be at one company for 11 years plus, now.
But there are many more like me at Poshmark, where they joined us at one stage and they’re still there at a corporate stage. And so what I find so much joy in that is that it only works if people are growing. Because the skills that we need when we’re 10 people are not the skills that we need as a newly public company.
So, we’ve really had to invest in each other and invest in growing people to be able to retain them. So, it’s just been a joy to see, one, that we were able to offer to these people just really raise the bar to help grow this business into what it is today.
