Well, I try to, yes, absolutely. It is one of the things that I love about working in environments where we have diverse perspectives, or even in my current role, I’m a lawyer by training, but my department is a law compliance, internal audit, corporate sustainability, and government and industry affairs.
So I have team members who have different backgrounds, different expertise. But I love bringing together all of those groups because our work is so much more powerful when we work together, and they bring very different perspectives. So trying to keep in mind that not bringing our own lens and being open to those different perspectives is something that I think is really important and certainly try to do it.
