We focus on a lot. But the headline is – and I take this from my experience in the military – is that when you take care of your people, your people will take care of the mission. And there are a lot of missed opportunities where we could be taking care of our people better so that they could show up and do the best work of their life. And so what Just Work is, what can we do so that people can just work in their organizations? And we really focus on how do we disrupt and remove that harm that everyone has experienced in the workplace so that they can just work.
