Well, I try to stay engaged, the stage that I'm at, I'm not a part of any larger organization, and I'm trying to work on some projects that I'm involved with. So that doesn't give me a natural infrastructure. But I found, especially with the pandemic, that there are a lot of resources. So I do try to stay engaged with the webinars. A lot of people tell me they're zoomed out and I get that, but I find the level of content that's available in an engaging way this past year is phenomenal. So I probably do a couple of things that are developmental a couple of times a week that expose me to new concepts or ideas.
