You bring up a really interesting concept and that is leading without authority. So, and we're hearing more and more in this increasingly virtual world of work that we're in, that that is a really essential skill, but I'm not sure that people know how to do it. So what strategies can you share on how to effectively lead without explicit authority to do so?

I think the network worlds that I was a part of, it is probably to some degree a precursor of where we're going with. Not only the virtual world, but with teams, with organizations trying to empower teams to achieve greater results. So leadership has that really happen at all levels. We often think of it as top down directive and I think we all know, but don't quite know how to do is, how to set the goals and then let the team go, or let the team go, but be engaged. So I think that some of the key ingredients really are tied to knowing where you are, whether or not you're a team that's got a level of self-management what your goals are, make sure those goals are aligned with the broader organization and then have continual feedback loops, not just at the result level, but at the, how the team was working level. And so how that work is done is just as important as the end result. If not just as 49, 51%, because I think we have ways of supporting teams more now than we used to - Global Mentor Network is an amazing example of that.
