So what are some of the biggest lessons that you've learned from that journey that you would like to pass on to aspiring leaders?

I synthesize my entire life into a formula. It is a multiplication formula, and I'll elaborate on that. So basically, success is a result of your intelligence, multiplied by hard work, multiplied by luck and multiplied by relationships. And what I mean by that is there are many people who are very smart but don't have good luck. Many people are very lucky, but don't put in hard work. The first two, your hard work and your intelligence, is in your control. I mean, your intelligence, whatever you're born with. But then hard work is in your control. But like I said, I believe that the harder you work, the luckier you get. But the last is the most important, that's building relationships, and especially in a global environment. You really need to know people. And since this is a multiplication, if any one of them is a zero, the answer is zero. It's not an addition. It is a multiplication. So you have to have something in all four.
