Alok Patel is the Founder and CEO of Azymmetric, a technology company focused on national security. With a career dedicated to emerging technology applications and investments in smart cities, critical infrastructure, and national security, Alok has successfully built multiple businesses spanning ICT, consulting, and industrial real estate.

Alok holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Queensland, has studied Corporate Governance at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. His expertise in autonomous systems and adversarial capital has been instrumental in shaping his strategic vision and initiatives.

In the military, Alok serves in a uniformed capacity and has contributed to AI capabilities for the Royal Australian Navy. His involvement in AUKUS initiatives, particularly in Pillar 2, has been pivotal in establishing frameworks for next-generation private-public partnerships and leading dual-use technology use cases. Alok’s efforts have accelerated the development of advanced cyber capabilities, hypersonic and counter-hypersonic technologies, and electronic warfare systems.

Currently, Alok is focused on combating adversarial capital through technological solutions.
